Good Morning! What’s for breakfast?

We all know what waking up early means! Also, we are all aware what being in a hurry means! However, we do not have to skip the most important meal: Breakfast!

Here is a quick breakfast recipe idea: Greek Yogurt with Muesli and Banana!

Preparation time: 5min   |  Calories: 240

Ingredients:

  • 100g Fat-Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 25 g Swiss Muesli
  • 1/2 tsp Honey (optional)

Preparation:

Put 100g Fat-Free Greek Yogurt in a bowl and add 25g of Swiss Muesli. Mix it. Cut the banana into small pieces and put them over the yogurt.

If you prefer a sweeter version, add 1/2 tsp of Honey!
