It’s Gnocchi Time!

It’s almost 2 pm. Have you already had your lunch? Are you in a hurry? Here is the solution for you: Gnocchi with Kale & Ricotta.

Preparation Time: 15 min  | Calories: 320

Ingredients:

  • 125g Gnocchi
  • 30g Ricotta Cheese
  • 50g Kale
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

Chop one clove of garlic and fries it in 1 tbsp of Olive Oil. After 2 minutes add 50 g of Kale and stir it for 3 minutes.

In the meanwhile, in another pan of salted boiling water, cook the gnocchi following the pack instructions, then drain well and return to the pan.

At this point, combine the kale with gnocchi and add the ricotta cheese. Stir for two mins and serve.
