The weekend is starting, what about baking a cake?
Last week I treated myself with this healthy & super-tasty Lemon Cake! 🙂
Preparation Time: 5 min | Baking time: 25 min | Calories: 165 per slice
- 160g Self-raising flour
- 60g Sugar
- 140ml water
- 30ml Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon
Firstly, put the flour and sugar in a bowl. Then, slowly, add water, oil, and the juice of a squeezed lemon. Mix all the ingredients together.
When the mixture is uniform, pour it into a cake tin (15cm ø) and bake it at 180° for 25 min.
