Chicken with Spinach and Black Beans

Saturday… Have you already had your lunch?

Here is a very quick healthy recipe… Chicken with Spinach and Black Beans πŸ™‚

Preparation time:25 min | Calories: 250

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Thighs
  • 30 g Spinach
  • 80g Black Beans
  • Black Pepper
  • Oregano

Preparation:

Firstly, put 2 chicken thighs in a boiling salted water and cook them for 25 mins.

In the meanwhile, in another pan, cook Black Beans as in explained in my previous recipe.

Then, 5 minutes before the chicken is ready, put the spinach in boiling salted water for 3 mins.

Serve and sprinkle a bit of black pepper and oregano on the top of the chicken thighs!

Reminder: Do not throw the water where you boiled the chicken away! It isuseful to prepare soups or risotto!
