Here is a very quick healthy recipe… Chicken with Spinach and Black Beans 🙂
Preparation time:25 min | Calories: 250
- 2 Chicken Thighs
- 30 g Spinach
- 80g Black Beans
- Black Pepper
Firstly, put 2 chicken thighs in a boiling salted water and cook them for 25 mins.
In the meanwhile, in another pan, cook Black Beans as in explained in my previous recipe.
Then, 5 minutes before the chicken is ready, put the spinach in boiling salted water for 3 mins.
Serve and sprinkle a bit of black pepper and oregano on the top of the chicken thighs!

Reminder: Do not throw the water where you boiled the chicken away! It isuseful to prepare soups or risotto!
