Salad with Chicken Breast

My Salad with chicken breast recipe is perfect for whose who are always in a hurry. Indeed, it takes less than 10 minutes!

Preparation Time: 10 min | Calories: 200


  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 70g Salad
  • Parmesan
  • Oil
  • Salt


  1. Chop the onion and reduce the chicken breast in small rectangles.
  2. Fry the onion in 1 Tbsp of Oil, then add the chicken breast and stir it for 5 mins.
  3. Add the curry powder and a bit of water. Stir for other 2 mins until the water is evaporated.
  4. In the meanwhile put the salad into a bowl and dress it with 1tsp of olive oil, salt, and parmesan cheese
  5. Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle the chicken breast on it!
