My Salad with chicken breast recipe is perfect for whose who are always in a hurry. Indeed, it takes less than 10 minutes!

- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- 70g Salad
- Chop the onion and reduce the chicken breast in small rectangles.
- Fry the onion in 1 Tbsp of Oil, then add the chicken breast and stir it for 5 mins.
- Add the curry powder and a bit of water. Stir for other 2 mins until the water is evaporated.
- In the meanwhile put the salad into a bowl and dress it with 1tsp of olive oil, salt, and parmesan cheese
- Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle the chicken breast on it!
