Pasta with Frutti di Mare

Do you have a special guest for dinner? Why not preparing pasta with Frutti di Mare?

Cooking time: 30 mins | Calories: 480

Ingredients for 2 serves

  • 250g Mussels
  • 200g Prawns
  • A can of tomato sauce
  • 180g Tagliatelle
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Parsley
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil

Preparation:

  1. Chop the garlic and fry it with 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil. After, add the mussels to the pan, stir and cover them for 6 mins.
  2. Then, add the tomato sauce, prawns, salt, pepper and a bit of parsley to the pan and stir it for a couple of minutes.
  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the Tagliatelle  and cook them according to the package instructions until al dente.

  4. Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Add the seafood sauce and stir it for 2 mins.

  5.  Transfer the pasta to plain plaits, topping each portion with a few mussels and fresh parsley.

  6. Serve hot.
