Salad with Sardines, Tomatoes, and Popcorn

Salad, salad and, again, SALAD! Here is another salad recipe which everyone will love! 😀

Preparation Time: 10 Min | Calories: 250


  • 70g Green Salad
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Can of Sardines under brine
  • 15g Popcorn
  • Salt
  • Olive Oil


  1. Put 1Tbsp of olive oil in a pan, heat it, add the popcorn and wait until it puffs up.
  2. In the meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and put them in a bowl with the green salad and a half can of Sardines.
  3. Dress the salad with a bit of olive oil and salt.
  4. When the popcorn is ready, add it to the bowl.
  5. Serve on a plate.
